The relationship between food and lifestyle and how they both affect health is my primary focus.

My name is Susan Gervase.  I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach who graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I help women in their midlife years who are struggling with fatigue, weight gain, and brain fog achieve more energy, gain mental clarity and focus, and return to their ideal weight.

An integrative nutrition health coach focuses on nutrition, sleep, stress management, physical activity, relationships, career, and spirituality.  These elements can impact markers of health such as excess weight, fatigue, chronic pain, digestive distress, anxiety, and sleep quality. I look at the health and well-being of the whole person.

Through my private coaching sessions, we will work together to incorporate healthy whole foods into your diet in a way that works for you and your family.  The fastest way to improve your health is to upgrade what’s at the end of your fork. Learning how to use food as medicine will help improve digestion and gut health, reduce pain and inflammation, increase energy, balance hormones, and improve sleep.
 
In addition to nutrition, I provide clients with exercise and lifestyle management tools to help reduce the stress that could be contributing to your challenges. Having the support of a health coach can make all the difference in achieving your goals.   The accountability component is key to success and helping people stay on track.  Studies have shown you are 95% more likely to reach your goals when you are held accountable to your plan.
